Rarely if ever have I sent as an OMS prepared remarks of a Fed economist to Congress, but this one is just chockablock with alarming facts buried in make-nice language. It is on the growth of student loans, crowding out of other borrowing, etc. Not much we can do about it, but be aware that this is going to become a real problem at some point.
