This is for your weekend reading and thinking. It is an interview with Neil Howe, who is simply the best I know of at analyzing demographics and generational change. His book The Fourth Turning, written in 1997, basically predicted the events of today. It was marvelously prescient. This is an interview with him on where we are now.
