Roger Bootle: “Inflation is the dog that didn’t bark, but one day it may roar back to life”

This one differs a little from my personal view, but more and more articles like this are beginning to show up. And Roger does make a point: It is the perception by central banks that inflation might show up that is driving their policies. It could lead them to policy errors. All because of overreliance on flawed models.
