Financial Markets, Politics, and the New Reality
August 7, 2012
This is from my friend George Friedman, and I assume many of my readers subscribe to his service, but this is such an interesting perspective that I want to make sure you read it. George sees Europe quite differently, with Germany as the team in the black hats. Private conversations with him get animated. I need to record a new discussion with George for you. While I agree with much of his thinking, I am not sure that actors are as constrained as he suggests. They are human and thus subject to human unpredictability and fallibility at times. Especially when confronted with a crisis that has no good solutions. This won't take you long to read, but you'll need to pay attention as you do.
