This is a report from a new research center run by the St. Louis Federal Reserve. They survey the damage to household balance sheets in the last six years. While the size of this PDF is 34 pages, the report itself is only about 10 pages long and is a treasure trove of fascinating data about household wealth. Worth at least looking through to pick out the parts that are of interest to you. but I found the whole thing intriguing.
