Eve Smith: “The techlash against Amazon, Facebook and Google—and what they can do”
March 9, 2018
This is a longer think piece from somebody named Eve Smith, writing for The Economist. She is basically invisible to any internet searches – I wish I knew who she was. Basically she is talking about the "techlash" against the large technology companies, who are essentially monopolies and are controlling our data. It's a thoughtful, well-written piece. Now, it is longer and it's a tad bit wonkish, so it might not be everybody's cup of tea; but if you're looking for insight into how Google, Facebook, and Amazon might be regulated, this is one of the better things I've read.
